Lingerie Guide

Standard Shape

Any bra design works well.
Choosing the right size helps maintain a beautiful bust shape.

Flat or Small Bust (Minimal Fat or Very Slim Figure)

Seamless bras with non-woven or sponge padding enhance volume.
If breast tissue is present but poorly managed, shaping bras help gather and lift dispersed fat.
Avoid thick padded bras that may flatten the bust even more.

Sagging Breasts

Fat is concentrated below the nipple line.
Choose bras with high, slanted cups that lift the bust.
Bras with bottom padding or firm seams create a visible "lift-up" effect.

Pigeon Chest (Protruding Ribcage)

The ribcage protrudes while the upper breast lacks volume and fat is concentrated below the nipple line. 2/3 cup or 1/2 cup bras are best to gather and push up the lower fat while minimizing the protruding bone appearance. Full-cup bras are not recommended.

Protruding Bust

Large, full breasts with significant volume. To create a smoother silhouette, wear side-stretch or full-side stretch bras that evenly distribute the volume. If you prefer a natural look, lightweight, single-layer bras or molded-cup bras work best.

Large Breasts

Unlike the protruding shape, excess fat also surrounds the chest area. For plus-size figures, bras should enhance the bust while emphasizing the waist for balance. Petite individuals with large breasts may experience back, shoulder, and muscle pain due to the weight. Choose bras that support from the underbust, not just the shoulders, to reduce strain.

Full Upper Abdomen (Prominent Upper Belly)

Longline or semi-longline bras help shape the upper body and smooth out excess fat below the bust.

Wide-Set Breasts

Wearing non-structured bras, wireless bras, or sports bras for extended periods can cause the bust to lose firmness and spread outward. 3/4 cup bras with wide straps and inner-padding help gather and center the bust.

Asymmetrical Breasts (Different Sizes on Each Side)

Opt for bras with removable pads to adjust for the smaller side.

Wide & Large Breasts

Choose full-cup bras with U-shaped underwires to gather and contour the bust while enhancing the natural shape.
