Bra

  1. Fasten the hook & eye closure before wearing.
  2. Lean forward slightly and use your hands to gather your breasts into the cups for proper fit and support.
  3. Stand up and check if the underbust band is level and sits horizontally around your body.
  4. Ensure the shoulder straps form a straight "11" shape, maintaining a vertical alignment with the underbust band.

Panties

  1. Wear them so that the waistband remains level and straight.
  2. Adjust the fit so that the buttocks are fully covered.
  3. Sit down and stand up a few times to check if the back of the panties stays in place and does not shift uncomfortably.

Girdle

  1. Ensure the waistband is level and straight when wearing..
  2. Use your hands to pull up and adjust the girdle so that all surrounding fat is properly tucked in.
  3. Since the girdle may shift during movement, repeat step 2 as needed throughout the day.
  4. Make sure the hem of the girdle does not roll up, and adjust it back into place if necessary.

Bodysuit

  1. Open the crotch area and fold the fabric outward, then slowly pull the bodysuit up to the waist.
  2. Slightly lean forward and gather your breasts into the cups for the best fit.
  3. Adjust the shoulder straps and check the underwire position for proper support.
  4. To ensure full coverage, pull the back of the bodysuit forward and secure the crotch closure in place.

Waist
Nipper

  1. Adjust the hook & eye closure to a comfortable position and fasten from top to bottom.
  2. Once fastened, rotate the nipper into its correct position.
  3. Smoothly adjust any shifted skin or fat back into place by running your hands inside the garment.
  4. Ensure the waist nipper aligns properly with the targeted shaping area.
