How to Measure Your Upper Bust

Lift your breasts with your hands to mimic the shape they would have when wearing a bra, ensuring that the nipples are not pressed down.

The highest point of the bust should be positioned approximately one head-length below the center of your chin. Lift your breasts to this height before measuring.
Place your thumb against your palm and use the back of your hand to sweep any fat from your upper abdomen toward your bust.
Once your bust is properly lifted, place a measuring tape around your upper bust, ensuring it passes over the nipple points and between both underarms.

How to Measure Your Under Bust

Wrap the measuring tape directly under your bust.

Before measuring, gather any displaced fat from the upper abdomen back into the bust area to ensure an accurate measurement.
Properly redistributing this fat helps create a smoother and more defined upper body shape, making it an important step in determining your correct bra size.

How to Measure Your Waist Circumference

Bend both arms and place your hands on your shoulders—the point where your elbows touch your sides is where your waistline is located.

Measure the narrowest part of your waist. For individuals with an overall fuller midsection, the waist may not have a clearly defined narrowest point. In this case, use the elbow-touch point as the reference for measuring.

How to Measure Your Thigh Circumference

Let both arms hang naturally at your sides—the spot where the tip of your middle finger touches your thigh is the point to measure.

Measure around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping the tape horizontal. Since many people have asymmetrical thigh sizes, be sure to measure both thighs and use the larger measurement as your reference.

How to Measure Your Hip Circumference

When measuring for bodysuits (all-in-ones) or girdles, account for all fat that will be enclosed within the garment.

Wrap the measuring tape around your hips while following the natural curve down to the area where your thighs begin. Bring the tape back up to the point where the lower abdomen starts protruding, then cross it over at this intersection to take the measurement.
