What is V Membership?

V Membership is a loyalty program provided by VIVIEN to embody its customer-centric values.
By joining V Membership, customers can enjoy various benefits and services,
including point accumulation and coupon usage, at VIVIEN stores nationwide and SUVIVIEN outlets (located in discount stores).

  • - Membership tiers are adjusted based on purchase history on the 1st of every month.
  • - Customers with no purchases in the last 3 years will be classified as inactive members.
  • - Upgraded membership tiers are valid for one year. However, if no purchases are made within a year after the last transaction, the membership tier may drop.
  • - Coupons issued upon tier upgrades are given only once per upgrade.
  • - V Membership members may receive exclusive coupons usable at the VIVIEN official online store (vivien-mall.com).
  • - V Membership points can only be used offline, and online and offline points are not integrated.

V Membership Point Accumulation and Usage Guide

  • - V Membership point accumulation rates vary depending on the brand and store type. (See the table below)
  • - V Membership points can only be accumulated and used at VIVIEN and SUVIVIEN stores.
  • - V Membership points can be accumulated after verifying the member’s basic information.

Point Accumulation Rate

VIVIEN Department stores, specialty stores (excluding directly-managed stores and credit union stores) 3% of the payment amount for regular-priced items
Outlets, specialty stores (excluding directly-managed stores and credit union stores) 1% of the payment amount for regular-priced items
SUVIVIEN (Large supermarkets) 3% of the payment amount for regular-priced items

Please Note!

  • - When using points at the time of payment, points will be accumulated based on the amount paid excluding the used points.
  • - Some stores and products may be excluded from point accumulation/usage. (e.g. promotional products and VIVIEN stocking stores in department stores)

Point Usage

VIVIEN Department stores, specialty stores (excluding directly-managed stores and credit union stores) Up to 70% of the purchase amount can be used
Outlets, specialty stores (excluding directly-managed stores and credit union stores) Up to 100% of the purchase amount can be used
SUVIVIEN (Large supermarkets) Up to 100% of the purchase amount can be used
  • - If you have more than 10,000 available V Membership points, they can be used like cash in 1,000-point units at the stores below.
  • - Please request to use your V Membership points at the time of product payment. Points can be used after verifying your identity.
  • - V Membership points can be used to pay for repair fees.
  • - The range of V Membership points that can be used may vary by store.

Point Expiration

  • - Expiration Policy: If there is no point accumulation or usage record for the past 3 years, your V Membership points will expire.
  • - However, if there is an additional accumulation record before the scheduled expiration date, the V Membership points will not expire.
  • - Expired V Membership points cannot be restored.
